We promote complementary activities in addition to our core business in performance improvement consulting and training services. For example, we have published a series of "HRD White Papers" that suggest the direction the HRD industry should take in the future, based on our specialized studies. We also offer support for communities' that hold seminars. Additionally, provide seminars for families of Fuji Xerox staff from many Asian countries to help them better understand Japanese culture.
FXLI has continually issued a series of HRD White Paper since 1994 with a view to suggest the future direction of the HRD industry. Our books suggest innovative concepts to the public. We continually provide valuable information that meets the expectations of top management and HRD managers.

Japan Quality Award, known as criteria for global management innovation, has been gathering attention recently as one of the measurement tools in enterprises doing self-evaluation when they need to reinforce their management system. FXLI has played an important role as a partner organization for the Japan Quality Award Conference for a number of years. For clients who want to improve their management quality, we offer public seminars that facilitate participants to develop skills as an "In-house Assessor." We also support them widely through detailed studies and consulting services.
FXLI has made a substantial contribution to the foundation of Aspen Institute Japan. It provides seminars for world-class executives. FXLI continues to indirectly support the Aspen Institute Japan Executive Seminars.
Our training house "Space Alpha Kobe" offers a wide range of sessions for the adjacent community, including Japanese flower arrangement, traditional tea ceremony, various sports classes and health seminars. It carries out the function as a good community space for residents in the area.
Fuji Xerox encourages Asia Pacific local staff to study in Japan for two years. FXLI provides orientation programs not only for those staff members but also their families, so that they can smoothly adapt to the life and culture in Japan at the earliest possible date.
